Wegen personeller Engpässe schließt der Lesesaal des Hessischen Staatsarchivs Darmstadt vom 20. Mai bis voraussichtlich 26. Juni 2026 schon um 16:30 Uhr.
Due to staff shortage, the reading room at the Darmstadt State Archives will be closed already at 4:30 p.m. from 20 May to 26 June 2026.

Vom 20. bis 24. Mai 2026 kann es im Staatsarchiv Darmstadt aufgrund des Schlossgrabenfestes zu Lärmbelästigungen im Lesesaal kommen.
From 20 to 24 May 2026, there may be some noise disturbance in the reading room at the Darmstadt State Archives due to the Schlossgrabenfest.
Darmstadt, Marburg und Neustadt, 10.06.2026: Lesesaal geschlossen | Reading room closed
Aufgrund einer internen Veranstaltung sind der Lesesaal des Staatsarchivs Darmstadt sowie das Staatsarchiv Marburg und die Außenstelle Neustadt am 10. Juni 2026 geschlossen.
Due to an internal event, the reading room at the Darmstadt State Archives as well as the Marburg State Archives and the field office at Neustadt will be closed on 10 June 2026.
